Second, I had my final wedding dress fitting today and saw my shoes! They go so well with my dress, and feel amazing. I can't wait to be tearing up the dance floor in those babies :)
THIRD: I think I have an incredible job opportunity for the summer! The opportunity arose from a number of not-so-stellar representations of me: I didn't send my resume on time, I only have an 8 week time frame to work, and I needed pay (my connection said that this was an internship). He was really great about it, though, when he heard that I would be getting married and needed money.
So, this company is actually more a project called the "Wall Street Exodus". It's a Christian mission begun by a man who lost his job during the recession and had a vision to change people's lives. He is taking twelve men who formerly worked on Wall Street (financial gurus), taking them to a little city in Honduras, and showing the local people how to develop and run a business. All if this is funded by fundraising, and has been in the works for the last 18 months. I had a phone interview with the company's instigator today. We had lots to talk about. I told him how enthusiastic I was about the project and the opportunity. I meet with him in person on Friday!
Here's the funny part: I might have to go to Honduras for a week during the summer. I've had so many times in my life when I've needed to know Spanish, and I know next to nothing about the language. Maybe this is God's way of telling me to learn. After I finish with my Italian, maybe.

Okay... my boy is watching LOST right now, so I better join him. He's been a bit neglected in all of my crazy planning!
