We've been to Disney World quite a few times in five years of marriage (five. we've been five times. we're crazy.), but Blake and I had never been to Disneyland. I was out that way for a work conference last August and decided it was a trip we needed to take as a family, whenever there were kids in the picture. Not one month later, we were planning for baby boy (unrelated, I promise). So off we went last Wednesday, as soon as we had clearance to fly from Hugo's pediatrician.
We celebrated Blake's birthday with two days in the parks, and while travel with a three-month-old can be rather limiting, we were able to cover a lot of ground. We started early and went back to the hotel room for naps during the heat of the day, which helped a lot. I can't speak for the baby, but he looked pretty pleased with the adventure.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Obviously.
